She ßäßä°®ÊÓƵd from DU's School of Information Studies in 2023 with a dual degree. During her ßäßä°®ÊÓƵ studies, Marjorie completed a Records Management/Information Governance (RM/IG) internship for Professor Todd Kleine. This grew to managing a group of 10 underßäßä°®ÊÓƵ interns and eventually full-time employment as the principal administrator of Softdocs. Marjorie now manages the RM/IG internship and serves as a member of the Data Management Committee, a University shared-governance entity focused on data and information management. Originally from Washington State, Marjorie started her career at the Spokane County Library District as a Volunteer, a Page and a Clerk. Then she was the Cataloging and Database Maintenance Assistant at the Foley Center Library at Gonzaga University, as well as a Library Consultant for St. Aloysius Gonzaga Catholic School Library and Progress Elementary School Library. Marjorie worked as a Market Analytics Specialist at ENGIE Insights and as a Temporary Records Technician in the Planning Department of the City of Liberty Lake where she implemented a Washington State Archives grant.
